How To Transform Your Body ? Position Yourself As The Creator

The feeling to work on yourself, to exceed your limits with effort and sweat is so worth it. You have this effect to be grounded in your effort to improve, progress at your own pace.

Because you set your own expectations, you feel free and empowered. There is no pressure , just the sheer pleasure to move your body, to feel your muscles working and to know intuitively that it’s working. For your body, your mind, your soul.

It is a connection that our body and mind crave to work in unison with us to create the design and beauty we want. This partnership is so precious and powerful that igniting it is key to feel balanced, comfortable in your own skin and confident.

Confidence lies in the knowing, the core feeling that we are working in great collaboration with our body to learn another language which is called exercise/ workout. Your body needs to live this dance everyday to transform the way you want beautifully and harmoniously.

Transform your body requires patience, perseverance, faith and consistency. Why ? Because you are the creator, the creator to create this phenomenal flow of energy to design you body. The Power is in your hands. Position yourself as the creator. Grab it and own it.

Building An Healthy Relationship With Your Body

It took me some time to get back to it. It’s good to learn about the mind, discover new meditations but, but when my body start to be sore due to lack of intense and regular workout, I knew it’s time to get back to it.

Not only my body crave for it but I wanted to have my good sweat sessions to detox my body and my mind. I wanted to feel the effect of the pheromones and be invigorated and energised. I spent a lot of time meditate and the effects of it have been life changing. But connecting with my body daily is also a must…and this is where you identify/ recognise your needs/ your passions that deep down you need to make time for what you love. I love writing and learning and it involve being organised to keep a flow of positivity and not feel bad to have missed doing something.

It is a struggle to find balance between our needs, expectations and self care. It’s taking time, planning, flexibility and kindness to reach our milestones. Most importantly this is where it is crucial to break your goals : having small, intermediate goals will allow you to reach your ultimate goal without any feeling of guilt or shame.

As any person, I need to feel that I am moving forward my goals, whatever the steps are small or big, the most important is to have the feeling to getting closer to your dreams.

So with this is mind I am back to move my body with Tracy Anderson to feel alive, dynamic and energised. This is not a race, this is a commitment to connect with my body in a healthy manner to feel good. And I have another motivator… I will tell you more about it next week! Have a good day beauties !

The best to balance my body and mind : Tracy Anderson Method

Good Morning Ladies ! I just finished my workout and I completely drenched with sweat but I am feeling so much better, thank you for all these endorphins coming in my body when I am working out and want to sweat for good. As you may know, my favourite personal trainer is Tracy Anderson and I am following her streaming class that I can bring with me anywhere with my tablet. I am so grateful to have finally found the workout which suits my needs, it is  a pure rejuvenation and mind body connection when you are following her method, you truly connect with your body and empower yourself emotionally and physically.

I don’t know how may times she blew my mind by her creativity, her talent to produce every week a new workout which exceeds my expectations… and the result to be consistent with her method is way beyond my demands. It is truly for me a discovery of a lifestyle and a way to empower myself and look after me physically as well as mentally. A workout is the solution to get rid of toxic, negative thoughts, to clear your mind and to have this light bulb moment for new ideas. New ways to make your life great, extraordinary and the way you want it to be.

Not only she is an expert in a field, she created a worldwide community of women who support each other and are dedicated to her method called Tamily. All of them are truly genuine, generous, talented and like me want to feel comfortable in their own skin and realise their dreams. It is so true that when women support each other, incredible things happen. I don’t know how many inches I lost since I am following her streaming class but the comments from my hubby, friends have been a loud statement that Tracy is the best person to design my body and look after it. Her method is different, original , revolutionary and I couldn’t recommend it more. I need to be challenged constantly and she’s so far the best to balance my body and my mind.

Unlock your inner power with Tamily

I realised the true power of support, kindness, love between women and women are a force to be reckoned with. Since December 2015, I jumped overexcited on the wagon to follow the current workouts of Tracy Anderson via streaming. Let me enlighten you, I never, ever regretted my decision, to the contrary I am so overjoyed with love and gratitude for Tracy Anderson as well as the countless women worldwide who are dedicated to her method and are all of them beautiful, generous and supportive. From the start, I built my strength with each workout changing every Thursday doing the advanced or beginner Masterclass. Seeing these smart women working out consistently and with such gusto made me speechless. Their love and dedication to Tracy Anderson Method push your boundaries, challenge you as well as listen to your body. I really think that I would never have achieved the level of commitment for Tracy Anderson Method without all these women entitled Tamily. The concept of working out 5 or 6 days is completely outdated for me now. If I can workout everyday, I will. However I always listen to my body, if my body is screaming for rest, I am not crazy to workout again and have an injury, this is stupid and dangerous. 

To unlock your inner power, love and support are the key elements to achieve your goals. There is nothing better that a group of women united by the same love and commitment for a revolutionary method who empower them daily. Working out is not to wear a bikini in summer, working out is now part of my lifestyle like taking a shower every day. This is not a chore but a real need to connect my mind and my body and to start my day, energised, positive and full of joy. How can you let yourself down when other women are waking up to the dawn to do their workouts ? You can’t !! No comment. I always glad I moved my body instead of procrastinating. 

Ultimately  how I am feeling now ?

  • I am starting to have a goddess body because Tracy Anderson is sculpting my body daily
  • I am feeling incredibly powerful and ready to live the life I want it to be.
  • I said au revoir to all my insecurities for ever !

Don’t tell me that you are not tempted, even slightly intrigued to find out about this fabulous method !!

I can’t help to reflect on the overwhelming need we have to reach a peaceful mind. With a pace of life more busier than ever, it start to be truly challenging to keep our head above the water.

I jumped on the wagon of this new tendance, willing to recover my peace of mind like one million people across the world who swear that meditation is the key for a calmer, happier life. Yes, meditation works, once you let your preconceptions guide your judgement.

Learning to free up your mind takes time, dedication and consistency. Most importantly the benefits are so rewarding that meditate will become a new habit for you. Meditation improves mood, lowers stress and makes you more focused… and all these benefits are backed up by science research.

The introductory programme of the app Headspace helps you to start your journey to a better, clearer mind. Andy Puddicombe will guide you to meditate every day with no rush and the pressure of any expectation, slowly but surely, your mind will start to react to these well deserved breaks. Andy makes meditation normal , accesible and especially modern. The updated application of Headspace allows you to personnalise your meditation, depending of your time (10,15 or 20 minutes) your needs (improve your focus, creativity  for instance) and even when commuting. Since then, I am able to meditate more consistently, either on the go (when I walking to got to work) or even in the trains on the morning (when I can have a seat, of course!)

Meditation gives me the power to overcome the hectic pace of my thoughts, not by controlling them but by accepting them, understand them to let them go…the feeling to free up my mind from these thoughts is mind-blowing. I am more emotionally grounded, mindful and as a consequence my calm attitude has a direct impact on my relationships (family, friends or colleagues).

I cannot thank enough Andy Puddicombe to have created this app helping me daily to restore my inner calm and confidence. You can feel that Andy is genuinely generous and calm. I strongly recommend you to give a try to meditation, the benefits are overwhelming and you would not regret it !
