What Is Appreciation To Truly Grasp It?

It is an innate feeling to appreciate what is around us. It is gradually to see your vision, your reality taking place and notice these little details every day. It’s like coming out of a bubble of revolving negative thoughts, overanalysis to see your world as it is. And this is where it’s YOUR turn to observe, listen and appreciate.

Sometimes it can be a job offered to your sister, the beauty of the sky after a violent storm, a good chat with your best friend, a compliment from someone. Small, simple events which make us feel alive, happy and part of the steps to have a good day. When you do notice all these little details, you do realise what is appreciation.

Appreciation is a feeling arising in our mind when we start to be aware, to set up our own pace by being organised for instance or changing our habits slowly but surely. It sounds cliché at first because we have been brainstormed to believe appreciation means slowing down which is the contrary of the motto of our time which glorify busyness and productivity.

But this is where it’s crucial to realise this : without appreciation, there is no taste for life, no thank you for what we have, no time to reflect and the risk to be engulfed in a vicious, stressful and negative circle. And this run has to stop. We need to take back control of our life and make the right choices.

Because we have this power, we need to use it meaningfully. And it’s only by being grateful that we can see where we are and what will be our next path/ direction. So, take the time to write down for what you feel grateful each day and your mind will help you to see more and more what you can truly appreciate in your life.

I am doing it daily and I discover all the beautiful gems in my life that I never noticed until now. It is sometimes life-changing or emotionally strong but I am coming back from these moments stronger, happier because I am learning more about myself.

Appreciation is a virtuous circle as well as a door to knowing yourself continuously. Let your life be a sunshine by accepting appreciation in your life.

We All Deserve To Create A Life We Love

Back from a short break in Brittany, it made me realise how taking a break is essential. I needed to rest, relax, reflect and be on my own to recharge my batteries. Any woman should give her permission to look truly after herself. It’s  a question of self-care, self-love and respect.

Additionally it is a fantastic booster because your motivation is jumping in your face, the why of doing so much, thinking so much and attain milestones without even seeing it…and it pushed you to slow down, to pause, to reflect. Your body, mind, soul are craving to have these moments, these present moments to re-calibrate, to question yourselves without judgement, to realise your achievements and where you are in your journey.

Despite the frenzied pace of our world, we have this choice. This ability to consciously make a decision to shift our attitude, embrace a positive mindset to perceive solutions, ideas you never thought previously.

This is an ongoing practice that honestly, I love because I see people transforming in front of me, feeling good, reassured and confident that they can find the solutions by themselves. The light in their eyes when they have this lightbulb moment is priceless.

I attended a Coaching training for Performance that confirmed to me, once again that inspiring, motivating and empowering people is my passion. Guiding people to think different is like magic for me and everyone deserve it. We all deserve to create a life we love.

Self Care Is Good But Self Love Is Even Better !

It is when the truth is slapping in the face that you always stop yourself in your tracks. Your all awesomeness start to dip down and you start to be worried, concerned and put yourself in the guilt box. Because you knew. You knew that it was time to slow down, disconnect from the digital world and make yourself as a priority.

Self care is good but Self Love is even better. If you love yourself, you will take care of yourself, if not it’s time stopping, dipping your toes in the distraction sauce and focus on the essential stuff which is only YOU.

Yes, no need to find reasons not to, excuses when your doctor ask you to have an ultra sound to check if you have a disease that you’re not aware.

Was it scary to hear that ? Yes !

Did I go into the drama rollercoaster that my dear ego wanted to ? No.

Did I feel down and needed some time to reflect ? Yes.

Did I change my habits straight away ? Yes

The result of it, today is my last day before to go on holiday for a well deserved break ON MY OWN. Don’t wait until the last minute, listen to your intuition and have the courage to change for good. My friends, Self Care is good but Self Love is even BETTER !

How Can You Change Your Consciousness ? Take Back Your Power

Give up  the idea of following a step by step guide to show you how being present. We all have this power, to decide, to make this conscious choice to cut off Internet and social media to look around us. I am taking the train daily and I see everyone, practically everyone glued to their mobiles.

Why ? because someone smart had this idea to create so much possibility for these tiny or huge mobiles to hold everything : music, calls and an astronomical number of apps that we can do everything with them.

And this is the problem. Instead of connecting with people around us, we connect with this gem of technology and we cannot live without it. Is it really what you’ re going to become ? A slave of the modern technology ?

No, if consciously, you decide to take back your power and to make the choice to cut off social media when you want.

You have this power. Take it back, look around you, all the tiny details that you miss, all the opportunities you can have just by being more conscious, the lightbulb moments of creativity, the inspiring ideas popping in your mind when you do not expect it, discover something new, open your perspective, shift your mindset by challenging the status quo, dance to your heart content, there is so much more out there to live, to enjoy and to appreciate. Make the choice to see it.

How To Be Yourself Unapologetically

It’s time to learn saying NO. Because saying YES is costing you too much now. Now is the time to set up empowering boundaries and to define what is acceptable for YOU or not. This is what we call get back your power and respect yourself.

It’s also time to put yourself as a PRIORITY. No more excuses, this time you’re going to make a radical change for the best. Not only you’re going to pamper yourself but you’re going to SCHEDULE these bubbles of happiness where everything is vanishing in the background for only being in the present and appreciate, this TIME, only for YOU.

I learnt the hard way to create these “me time” for myself being a working mum and creating my business. I was so eager to move forward that I lost myself in the process and truly found my balance when my doctor told me that my pace is too intense for my health. It’s scary, tough, it’s like your heart cracked open and I realise with tears in my eyes that I am still vulnerable. It’s not the truth sometimes we want to hear, but ultimately its very cathartic to make some changes to regain your balance and be kind with yourself.

Make yourself a priority. You are enough. You are more than enough. Be Yourself unapologetically.

What Are The Keys To Navigate Between Reality And Social Media ? Priority and Focus

You are the one to decide, you are the one in charge of your vision, destiny. Your choice reflect your goals, values.

And ask yourself this question : what is the most precious for me ? What is the priority for you right now ?

Interconnected, living in a frenetic world if we want to. You can stop, take a break, slow down the pace of our life. Everything is a question of choice. What do you prefer ? Having a drink with your besties or scroll down Instagram for hours ? Doing your meditation or seeing new notifications and just take a look at it ?

New notifications, new emails, new texts, it’s like there is no end to this relentless flow of newness, information and communication. But is digital communication the new way to interact with each other ? Let’s change the way we choose to communicate i.e. with consciousness, boldness and power. This time instead of losing yourself in the social media world, let ‘s try to make a break of it, to decide when and how long we will spend our time on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest.

Create your own manifesto to make the digital communication your friend and not your enemy, like “I will use, enjoy social media when I decide to, how long I want to and my choice is my power, my strength, my style”. Spirituality & Love

Believe in a higher consciousness, be open to new realities, it is what I called being an individual willing to change, to see new perceptions and have the courage to challenge his attitude, behaviour and values system. Yes, being spiritual is a meaningful work which requires commitment, consistency and faith. In a world where the war between the good and the evil is so abundantly clear, it proves difficult to do not take action to counterbalance the state of our world by our individual actions. We know that once we unite all for the good and for justice, clarity and peace, we outnumbered our visible or invisible ennemies.

Being spiritual is taking the courage to stand up for what you feel right, to heal yourself to help others, to let your purpose find you and live in harmony with yourself and others. We are born for joy, happiness and kindness. Not for anger, sadness and death. It’s time that all of us awake in the evolving and difficult time to bring more light, hope and peace to each of us.
