I just have a strong need to clear my mind, detox my body. My solution for that is to do my workout. Let my body move, sweat and lose myself in my workout by letting my mind and my body connecting. I need this relief, this breath of fresh air to rejuvenate my body. To let go of my anger and replace it by good vibes, optimism and hope. To let go of my sadness for humanity and feed my soul with love, hope and kindness. Sometimes you just need to do it. To do it to build your inner strength mentally and physically. Whatever is yoga, body combat, dance, surf or boxing, lose yourself into it and you will come back stronger and positive.
